15% uptake on network
Zzoomm, an established and rapidly growing Full Fibre business operating across 29 market towns and small urban communities, now has over 30,000 contracted customers and more than 200,000 ready for service (RFS) properties. This represents a 15% uptake on a network which has been available for an average of only 17 months.
Zzoomm’s focus has always been on delivering an exceptional service to make its customers happy. The business is now concentrated on profitably commercialising the network and building the brand position.
New customers are taking up the high value offer at a market leading rates across all Zzoomm market towns. The Group is seeing minimal churn, with those that are leaving being primarily house movers.
